We'll arrive in NOLA sometime after 10 AM on Sun. Jun 24th... it's a LONG bus ride, but it's also a lot of fun. It's a great way to meet the other folks that are going on the trip. <br /><br />When we get down there, we will check in as soon as we can at the hotel. Once we check in, get some time to take a nap and clean-up, it's out to our first event of the week. Back in January, I was giving a presentation at the UC Real Estate Round Table about our group and our trip. At the meeting was Richard Juge, a real estate professional from NOLA that was there as a speaker at the same event. Shortly after, he contacted me with an idea of doing a party in our honor when we got down there... so that was that, and now we are set up for a great Sunday evening BBQ. <br /><br />The event will be held at F&M Patio Bar, a great dive bar. The event will include Corky’s BBQ, Gumbo Shop Gumbo.
